The Sid’s View Podcast crew began recording content in December of 2023 from a custom built studio at the Vault Productions headquarters. Sid DiMaggio hosts the show with longtime friend and fellow Speedbowl supporter Diego Monahan and content creators Bonssa Tufa, Rob Hahn and Remy LaRocca, all of whom also work at Stafford Speedway as well as for the Sid’s crew that produces content for the Modified Modified Series and single camera coverage at the Waterford Speedbowl. Diego is a former racer who is now the car owner & crew chief for his daughter Emma.
The podcast covers the events at Stafford Speedway on Friday nights, Wednesday & Saturday events at the Waterford Speedbowl, Friday & Saturday events at Seekonk Speedway and oval track events at Thompson Speedway. Additionally, they cover regional series including the NASCAR Modified Tour, Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series, Modified Racing Series, American-Canadian Tour, Pro All-Star Series, NEMA Midgets and a few other regional series that visited the southern New England tracks.
The show airs live every Tuesday night at 7pm from March to mid-November every year. The show has several in-depth segments including the Weekly Update, Stat Chat, Viewer Mail and the popular Weekly Pick ‘Ems and has in-studio guests on a regular basis.
On Thursdays, the crew drops pre-recorded videos of various discussions of short track subjects. And there’s also the daily shorts/reels that you can find not only on the YouTube channel, but also on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
